Welcome to the 2026 Eagan Spring Craft & Gift Show a fantastic opportunity to create stronger community connections!

Join us in celebrating small businesses and fostering personal and professional growth with fellow artisans, crafters, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts. Our events are perfect for showcasing your products and services, enhancing your brand, and networking with a diverse customer base. By building stronger community connections, we believe individuals can create stronger communities and improve both their lives and the lives of those they serve!

Venue:  Eagan Community Center

Address:  1501 Central Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121

Date: April 25th, 2026

Set-Up:  Friday night times to be determined and Saturday 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Shopping Hours:  10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Packing-Up: 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

WiFi:  Public WiFi is available

Electric:  Limited availability, please request via email or text if needed.

Parking:  Free Parking

Number of Exhibitors:  130+ Exhibitor Booths

This show will feature a limited variety of vendors per category.

Advertising:  Social media campaigns through Facebook and Instagram, signage at front entrance of venue, limited signage in Eagan on high-traffic roads.

Facebook Event Page: Will be posted on Facebook at a later date.

Vendor Booth Options / Fees:  If you do not see your exact vendor category or unsure which to register under please reach out to info@mncraftcollective.com and we can create a custom category for your products/services.

8 feet deep x 10 feet wide Booth - $100

6 Foot Table Rental + Chair - $10

Add 2nd Booth (Must be same business/person) - $90

Add 3rd Booth (Must be same business/person) - $80

Please select the appropriate vendor category and pay below to secure your spot, additionally please fill out the Vendor Intake Form so we have your details which supports us in marketing the event.  As well as submitting the ST-19 form before the event.  Please email any pictures you would like us to utilize in event promotion.
